2 Description of Service
Clarivue is an AI-powered website auditing tool designed to analyze user experience (UX), search engine optimization (SEO), and technical performance. The Service uses advanced neural networks to detect friction points, code vulnerabilities, and potential conversion improvements.
Waitlist / MVP Phase Notice
Please acknowledge that the Service is currently in a "Waitlist" or "Minimum Viable Product" (MVP) phase. Features may be limited, experimental, or subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit access to a certain number of users during this period and may wipe data periodically as we refine our data models.
3 User Responsibilities
By utilizing Clarivue, you expressly agree to the following responsibilities:

Authorization: You represent and warrant that you own the website URL you submit for analysis, or that you have explicit written authorization from the owner to conduct such scans.

No Malicious Use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to reconnaissance for cyberattacks, vulnerability exploitation, or competitive intelligence gathering against the Terms.

Accuracy Verification: You acknowledge that while we strive for accuracy, AI-generated reports may contain false positives or errors. You are responsible for verifying all findings before implementing changes.
4 Intellectual Property
Clarivue IP The Service, including its algorithms, design, code, proprietary methods, and trademarks, remains the exclusive property of Vanguardz Solutions. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Clarivue name or any of the Vanguardz Solutions trademarks.
User IP You retain all rights to the data and content of the websites you submit. We do not claim ownership of your website data, though we may use anonymized aggregated data to improve our machine learning models.
License for Generated Output We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the reports and insights generated by the Service for your internal business purposes.
5 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Vanguardz Solutions does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Scanning Risks
Automated scanning involves sending requests to your server. While our bots are designed to be non-intrusive, we are not liable for any temporary performance impact, downtime, or server load issues on your target website.
Legal Advice
The "Security Audit" provided by CLARIVUE is an automated check, not a professional Penetration Test. It does not constitute legal or compliance certification (e.g., for HIPAA/GDPR)
6 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or by sending an email to registered users. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
